Terms of Sale
Redemption of Voucher
The Voucher you purchase is redeemable for goods or services by the seller of such goods and services, or the Service Provider. The Voucher shall have the necessary redemption instructions on it. The Vouchers may have an offer period, or expiry date, mentioned on it. You shall use it accordingly.Neither Getkart.com nor the Service Provider shall have any liability in the event you lose your Voucher at the Service Provider venue.

Typographical Error
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Getkart.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Getkart.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Getkart.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Refund Policy
Please read our Return Policy Page carefully. We will refund the money in case of any discrepancy or reason is valid. Write us on support@getkart.com or call us on 0164-2246584 for assistance. Refund process may take time from 10-30 Days subject to availability and your money will be accounted back during that period.
Free Gift Policy
The free Gifts are subjected to come under company rights. Company can anytime stop providing the Free Gifts . Please call our customer care representative @ 09815555350 to verify your order under Free Gift category before ordering. If the ordered product donot come under free gift category then Gift may be or may not be provided.
Applicable Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be in Jaipur.
